Full payment is required with each application. Verbal registration will not be accepted. The payment will be returned if the application is not accepted or if it is withdrawn two weeks prior to visitation. The Simcoe County Museum will give 7 days notice in the event of a day camp cancellation.
By registering for the day camp, you agree that your child will abide by camp rules as presented or may be denied participation, at the discretion of Museum staff. I will prepare my child adequately for the outdoors, snacks and lunch.
The Simcoe County Museum has a peanut and nut policy that strives to reduce the risk of anaphylactic reaction for our campers with allergies. We require you to send a peanut/nut-free lunch for your child. Thank you for your co-operation.
Note: The County of Simcoe strives to provide an inclusive camp environment for all participants; however, there may be occasions where total accessibility may be an issue. In these situations, the staff will make individual accommodations that best suit the participant while ensuring a safe and fun environment.
I hereby release the County of Simcoe from all claims for damages arising from any accidents or injuries that are caused by or arise from participation of the applicant named on this registration during any day camp in any facility or at any location where a day camp is being held.
